"Everything went extremely well. I found Grove a completely professional organization with highly skilled workers. Their plumber subcontractor handled the installation of all gas piping in my house, oversaw the hookup with BGE's gas line and installed the hot water heater. Grove provided a skilled crew of 5, with 2 working outside and 3 inside to remove all old equipment, do some duct repair and install the new air conditioner, gas furnace, humidifier and thermostat in 2 days. They also removed all debris from the worksite and swept it clean. Their work proposal included a year's maintenance, which I feel sure will be equally satisfactory. This was a big project (3 days including the plumber), but I am confident they would handle both small and large jobs with the same competence and professionalism. I highly recommend them."

I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now.
