"About an hour after calling Kaduce Plumbing and Heating, the service person arrived and promptly set about replacing our recirculating pump on our hot water heat furnace. He did a great job, and we had heat in about 30 minutes after he arrived. The service man even questioned why I had throttled down one of our heat lines by about 70%. That line goes to our upstairs and with an open stairway, the heat goes upstairs so we need less heat up there. Even throttled down, our upstairs stays about 10-15 degrees warmer than the ground floor.
