He is one of the techs and knew his product very well from an install and maintenance stand point. The other companies that came out to give bids were salespeople with out a thorough understanding of their product and their bids were thousands above what Miller offered on a product that I would not have been happy with. "Nolan and Nate did a difficult job. They replaced my 1989 furnace with new and installed a ac/heat pump. They needed to mate the new slightly larger unit to existing duct work. You can't tell it was modified. The new outdoor unit is also first class. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job. They are knowledgeable and.work their ask off."
