"Air Conditioning Tune Up was performed by Tim and Kyle. They were honest about some other work they are going to do for us. We plan to hire them in the fall for additional air conditioning duct repair."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with. I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer. There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer. Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS. He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well. He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim. He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable. I will definitely use his services again.

"The repair process started on 4/20/22. Was repaired on 5/4/22. There were numerous appointments that were rescheduled. We were without air conditioning during this time. When the techinician was here they were very professional.Just glad to have air conditioning again."

"Prompt, courteous, beautiful job. But, they could have used the magnet rake more and gotten up the screws, I have flat tires that have to be aired every time I mow. They could have returned as promised to remove the base of DISH that was put up incorrectly and had to pay DISH repairman to come and replace with new unit. I have sent email reminding, to no avail.

"They came in to inspect our firplace and chimney the summer of 2012, and they were honest with us. The person who came out let us know that our system was in great condition, and did not need any service. He could of easliy over sold us on unnecessary products and services.
