"I commissioned a custom cutting board through Josh took the time to reach out to me to ensure I got the cutting board I wanted. He was upfront with the build time and cost. It arrived earlier than expected. When I opened the package I could tell that this wasn't your average cutting board. This is an heirloom quality piece that will last longer than me. "So very thankful for Aire Serv and their sensitivity to my needs. I highly recommend this company. I tried for two weeks to get the contractor who installed my unit to keep their word and service the unit (General Heating and Air ?), they refused to return my calls. I tried to get the work scheduled through my home warranty provider but they nor I could get the contractor (ASAP ?) to answer calls to schedule the work. I have a girlfriend whose husband is in the business promised next day service and never showed up. After weeks of sitting in Alabama heat and humidity with only a ceiling fan to provide some relief Aire Serv ? was the only company that answered the call. The Tech was on time, professional, efficient and respectful. So thankful for Aire Serv and their dedication to customer service."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
