"Grove did a great job in presenting all options for our new AC system and potential air cleaning systems (without making any aggressive sales pitches), and then did a great job with installing the new system. The new system has been in place for a few weeks now and is working very well - great job by Grove."

"Replaced old HVAC system. Very knowledgeable team that provide competitive and comprehensive solutions. Great customer service and were in and out in one day with quality workmanship. We couldn t be more pleased!"

"I called Buric (on advice of friend/neighbor) when A/C wasn't working and I asked what to expect in their charges. The guy on the phone told me they charge a flat $95 (or $99?) for driving out here. So I asked if they charge by the hour or half hour. No, he said, by the job. He couldn't give me an estimate because he didn't know what was wrong. So, a technician came out and diagnosed my unit (which blew air but didn't get cold) as old & dead and needing replacement. So, in my mind, there was really there was no job outside of replacement. In their mind, they did a job by taking 10 minutes to look at the unit and tell me there was nothing to be done for it. So, instead of charging me $99 for coming out, they charged me $230 for coming out AND telling me the unit couldn't be fixed. That irritated me. Then I asked for a bid for new system. The guy went out and talked on the phone to his boss and come back with a written bid. I later compared it with my second bid from another co. Buric's bid was higher than the company I selected, but not enough to sway me if I had liked their way of doing business. However, the previous (over)charge, which was not explained by the guy I spoke to when I first called, left such a bad taste in my mouth I couldn't go with them. So that extra $130 they made cost them around $5000. I hope it was worth it to them. BTW, if I had gone with them, they would have subtracted the $230 from the bid, but I just couldn't get past it. So, I am not saying anything about the quality of their work--it may be just fine, but I don't like the way they did business."

"I couldn't be happier with the service I received from McCrea Heating and Air Conditioning Services of Maryland. Upon returning from vacation on a 100 degree July day, I found my old HVAC system basically dead (90 degrees in my kitchen!) ... Shane immediately came out to provide an estimate, we signed a contract on the spot, and he kindly provided some freon to hold me over until the new system could be installed. Brian and Nick showed up exactly on time to install the unit, used drop cloths to protect my flooring, and were exceedingly polite and professional throughout. I'd highly recommend this organization."

"Dave the Tech was great. He called ahead to let me know he would be here in about 15 minutes and he arrived in the 15 minutes. He was courtesy and helpful and checked the unit inside and out. He explained every thing he was doing and what he found and how it could be fixed. Dave even took the time to talk to my husband over the phone on the issues he was finding. It was quite clear that Dave knew his stuff. I highly recommend Beltway Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC. I am definitely keeping their number by my phone."

"My air conditioning stopped working last night. I called Carroll mech . They responded immediately and sent technician to the house few hours later. Jordan Scott was very professional. He checked the system carefully and fix the issue soon. Really appreciate the service!"

"I am happy to write this review about JDL HVAC Services LLC. From start to finish; Amber, who setup my initial appointment was very nice & professional. Ire, the technical associate was prompt, very knowledgeable and got my system working again with a temporary fix. I opted for a new heating unit (which was reasonably priced) and all of the technical associates were easy-going and very professional. They were organized, used protective foot coverings and protective coverings for my floors, and cleaned up after the job. Special thanks to the entire team led by Armando; Jerel, Fernando, Michael, & Conrad. NOW, thanks to JDL HVAC, I FINALLY have a properly installed & functioning heating/air conditioning unit. I highly recommend this company!"

"Misunderstanding between Blue Dot and Baltimore County on the inspection. The unit was not installed according to Baltimore county code. Inspection has failed twice. Unit needs to be 3 feet from connection box. They have come out a couple times since the inspection has failed but the issue has not be resolved. It was clearly explained by Baltimore county what needed to be done. I always initiate the calls with them regarding this issue. I did not feel as if they are taking my situation seriously and I would not work them again. I was not advised I was being charged $75 to pay Baltimore County to inspect the Air Condition install. Promised by Jeff, supposedly, a manager a Rep would be at my house in 20 minutes on 12/17/19, no one showed. Jeff acted confused wanted to take a photo so he could figure out what needed to be done to move an Air Conditioning unit 3 ft from connector. Company trades under Blue Dot HVAC. Richard was very friendly and helpful with accommodating the codes for the County."

"I recently had a HVAC and water heater installation by Carroll Mechanical, Cris Lopez and his team. They were very respectful of my home and professional throughout the install. I am grateful and appreciative of working with the owner on deciding the HVAC unit to be installed. I found him to be the consummate professional, a person of integrity, transparent, responsive to my questions and willing to work with me to gain my business. I highly recommend Carroll Mechanical."

"We are very happy with HVAC service. Compare to other companies they are much cheaper then others and provided quality work/services."
