"We got several quotes from local HVAC providers / installers. We felt the most comfortable with the salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and I got the best price from them which also included a 2-year membership in their Comfort Club (Spring and Fall service visits to check and tune-up my system). We were an all electric home until a couple of years ago when we added natural gas. When our 16-year old Trane heat pump developed problems this proved an ideal time to switch over to a gas furnace and air conditioner. We stayed with Trane as we were happy with our Trane heat pump. Because we have some space constraints and limitations for our new system, Extreme sent out their system designer the day before the installation to develop a creative solution that met our requirements and efficiently maximized the space with which they had to work with minimum impacts to us. The day of the install they arrived on time, were friendly but very professional and treated our home as if it was their own. They also took the time to answer my questions while the worked. Since it was bitter cold that day, they needed to be in and out all day, and we were without a heating system most of the day, they brought a heavy duty space heater to keep us from freezing until they were done. At completion, showed us how to use the new system including the new programmable thermostat, changing filters, etc. and they cleaned up everything and left our home better than they found it. They then submitted all of our rebate paperwork to Vectren and DP&L for us. We were very impressed with the whole process of buying and installing a complete new HVAC system. I highly recommend Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for and HVAC installation work!"

"This is a follow up to my new heat pump installation in 12/2022. Everything is working great. The variable stage heat pump costs more, but it is much better than my old, basic single stage. The air handler was in my office closet, so I spent the day working from home with them working in the same room. Funny and honest techs...I actually enjoyed seeing the entire install while doing my own work. I highly recommend them!"

"They did a great job, even noticed the original installer if the HVAC (a local company that is not good) basically slapped everything together. We had poor air flow to the second level, humidity issues, he helped us with all of that. He installed the air cleaner as they stated they would - they even took are of some warranty work/ parts when the unit failed. Good experience with a good group of HVAC professionals.

"Mr. DeSoto did an outstanding job replacing two thru the wall air conditioning units at my home. He found two units that were available and had them installed within 24 hours. He is very customer oriented, well organized, prompt and value oriented. I would recommend him for any heating/cooling work you my need."

"Timely, knowledgeable, excellent technicians, Replaced a water heater and fixed air conditioner. I highly recommend this company."

"Riley did a great job on a new gas furnace and air conditioner install. I was very impressed from start to finish. He was on time, professional and answered every one of my questions. My system was about 15 years old and I have had to put some money into over the years. I used several other companies during that time and none of them, I mean absolutely none of them, compared to the process I just went through with TrueTemp Heating and Cooling. Everything from the service call, to the consultation process and the installation of my new HVAC equipment was top notch. Can?t recommend this experience enough! Thanks TrueTemp!"

"I had a hot water heater installed"
