"Working with Connelly Heating and Air Conditioning was a terrific experience. My mother had her furnace crack and become disabled right before the week of Christmas. Shannon was terrific to work with both on understanding that in the middle of December she could not go without heat, and that funds were limited. He took the time to find us a great replacement and even installed on the weekend to prevent my mother from having to stay in the cold for more than a day. Installation was incredibly quick and done well within our budget. I would recommend Connelly Heat and Air Conditioning to everyone as Shannon is terrific to work with and is there to help. "Our air conditioning system stopped working on a Wednesday evening. We contacted Jay Bee HVAC and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Josh arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the air conditioning system. He explained what was needed to fix the problem and the cost. He fixed the air conditioning system while working in a temperature of 102 degrees. After completion of the job, he checked the levels on the outside and inside systems to make sure everything was working properly. Very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend Jay Bee HVAC."
