"Air Concept quoted me a very reasonable price on cleaning 2 wall furnaces at a duplex recently. I had one other quote before for an outrageous price. Charles, the owner, was very honest about the work that involve- only vacuuming off the dust inside the furnace basically. The two employees were punctual and courteous. I thought they would include vacuuming or wiping down the furnace cover as part of the cleaning. They did after I asked about it, so they did one cover at the 2nd unit. That's why I took off half a star. Other than that, I am satisfied with their work and would recommend their service again."

Joey came, on Sunday, to diagnose the problem with our 25 year old Air Conditioner ... failed when we first turned it on at the beginning of a heat wave (of course). Shannon came the next day to look at, and quote, the job. She was absolutely wonderful and even arranged for loaner interior A/C units for the next few days of heat wave until the new equipment could be installed.

The installation crew were excellent, polite, hard working and very professional. They removed the old equipment and all of the old fiberglass insulation ... and there was a LOT of it! They installed the new units, new copper lines, new (more efficient and GREAT looking) insulation, a new controller and easy change filter vent covers. They also cleaned up ... I can honestly say that my garage is cleaner now than it was when they arrived.

My wife and I are very pleased with Joey, Shannon, the young man that delivered the loaner A/C units and the installation crew ... these people didn't just do a good job, they CARED. Our thanks to all of you!
