"I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. After these repairs, my Carrier system was back up and running—without the need for a costly replacement. Bluestar, and Isaac in particular, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and honesty. They focused on resolving the actual issues instead of pushing for an unnecessary system replacement. I highly recommend Bluestar for their reliable service and Isaac’s thorough and knowledgeable work."

"On a very hot weekend, I lost my air conditioning and could not reach my regular HVAC contractor. I made contact with I-HVAC first thing Monday morning and they fit me into an extremely busy schedule even though I had not used them before. "We had them Replaced furnace and air conditioning unit. It was installed about a year ago but they came out for a regular service about a month ago. the service was free, part of the contract. I have no complaints, it was all good. They were responsive. they were punctual. I have no problems, it was a good deal when I bought it, it's a good deal now. I don't have any issues with how the service went. i bought it through them and I have no regrets and everything was the same as I felt when I bought it. It was a good deal, I made the right choice. Anytime you buy a major system and it doesn't go right you have a problem. I'm a happy camper.1 worker took less than an hour to complete."

"Company called instantly upon getting Service Magic request for emergency service and tech arrived an hour later. Tech helpful, professional, fast working. Another company previously said I had a faulty gas valve and would have to replace furnace because parts not available for 30+ year old furnace. However, Consumer's Choice tech said valve fine; just cleaned out pilot light and I had heat again at low cost. Also gave estimate on smaller (more suitably sized), more efficient furnace if I did need to replace because heat exchanger is rusting out. Will definitely consider them for future service or install. Very satisfied with this experience."
