"For the most part, we have been happy with them. We pay annually for them to come and service our unit twice a year. However, the only thing we dislike about is it does not cover any additional services. We bought our AC unit through them and if you do not pay for the annual service, it voids your warranty which we did not know going into it until after the fact when it was installed. I like that they offer a pretty wide range of services. The staff that we have always dealt with has been really knowledgeable for the most part."

"The ASSA MECHANICAL SERVICES LLC Team showed up promptly at the previously agreed, confirmed day and time. They immediately got to work with removing the old window mounted air conditioner unit which needed to be replaced and installed the new air conditioner. The whole process only took about one hour. A very professional and communicative team. The new air conditioner is working great. We’ll be requesting these guys again for any annual maintenance required for the window a.c. unit. "They replaced my heating and air conditioning units and every six months they come to do an inspection to make sure the units are operating properly. I pay a monthly fee so that they will replace the filters once a year. I am very pleased with the service I receive."
