I had called his company in the late afternoon and left a message. He returned my phone call on his way home from work, offering to give us an appointment the following day. But when I explained that my mother was elderly and feeling so cold, he made an exception to help her, out of the goodness of his heart (despite the fact that it delayed his own dinner.) While he was here, Joel was extremely courteous and efficient, and was able to make the repair quickly and professionally.
