"I actually received service from a south Chicago staff of 2 men. They called as they were on the way to verify we were home. They arrived on schedule, started the job, and finished in quick order. They asked if I had any questions about the unit, demonstrated its use, and advised me regarding fall care. Before starting they laid a trail of canvas to protect our wood floor from their foot traffic from the back door to the top of the downstairs door, and were careful to stay on this, avoiding tracking the floor since it was raining outside and they could have made a real mess.
