Weathershiled continued to do what was needed in order to make the condensation stop. They were professional and responsive and did not once question that they needed to come back for more work. "I am so impressed at 4pm I was looking for someone to fix our air conditioning that my mom is sick and has been in the house getting very irritated and has had a really hard time with the rain and the windows closed. "They are pleasant when you need installation. But I had to call 3 times for repair in less than 2 months. My AC is still not working properly and now I cannot seem to get ahold of them nor are they replying to msgs. It is currently 87 degrees in my house and my thermostat is set at 70. Totally unacceptable!!!!! I would think twice before hiring. I finally got a response from them and they sent someone to check the system. They found that there was a leak in the system. Do not know why it took 3 visits to discover the problem. Keeping fingers crossed this is the solution."
