Riley always kept me informed on the progress of the work he was doing and before leaving THOROUGHLY explained the condition of my air conditioner and what I can do to extend its life. Fortunately my air conditioner, even though it’s 11 years old, is in great condition and I plan on doing things to prolong its life. Overall I would give Riley a rating of 10. He is an exceptional technician, knows his job, explains things well, and personable. The cost today was $17 for a replacement filter."

"I would recommend Preston and Mallard Mechanical to anybody in the area looking to buy a new furnace/AC, or even just general HVAC maintenance. We closed on our house on a Friday with the AC not working and the furnace on its way out. We called Mallard Mechanical that morning and the equipment was ordered that same day and the install scheduled for the following Tuesday. The day of the install Preston was on site right on time and got our old AC and furnace torn out and the new system put in all in the same day. He was extremely professional and kept a VERY clean work site. The day of the appointment, I received a phone call from Chuck (service tech) to let me know that he was en route to my home and his estimated time of arrival.
