He was over-the-top thorough and comprehensive in inpecting oil furnace, provided detailed and comprehensive information on options, was honest and candid in his assessment. Told me what was necessary and what was optional, not trying to sell me on what he wanted to sell. He also had excellent pricing. Bottomline, he is one of the best contractors I've ever met."

"JP Works responded immediately to our request for an estimate. Dave did the preliminary inspection and estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jim did a second inspection of our house and provided additional information about the work to be done. Jim and Victor did the installation of a new oil-burning furnace and central air-conditioning unit, as well as removing and disposing the old furnace and duct work. It was a professional job from start to finish. We were amazed at the amount of work that needed to be done, but Jim and Victor made it seem effortless. "Toilet re-install because my DIY install caused a ceiling leak. Horizon Services charged a reasonable $376 (with discounts). My only concern was 1 of the 2 workers was not Covid vaccinated. My wife and I are 72 yrs old vaccinated with co-morbidity issues. ALL businesses should notify customers of the COVID vaccination status of employees working in customers' homes. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR THE WORK. But, they need to amend COVID policy. Once vaccines recive full FDA approval ALL business must require COVID vaccination as a condition of employment."
