"JP Works responded immediately to our request for an estimate. Dave did the preliminary inspection and estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Jim did a second inspection of our house and provided additional information about the work to be done. Jim and Victor did the installation of a new oil-burning furnace and central air-conditioning unit, as well as removing and disposing the old furnace and duct work. He was over-the-top thorough and comprehensive in inpecting oil furnace, provided detailed and comprehensive information on options, was honest and candid in his assessment. Told me what was necessary and what was optional, not trying to sell me on what he wanted to sell. He also had excellent pricing. Bottomline, he is one of the best contractors I've ever met."

"Toilet re-install because my DIY install caused a ceiling leak. Horizon Services charged a reasonable $376 (with discounts). My only concern was 1 of the 2 workers was not Covid vaccinated. My wife and I are 72 yrs old vaccinated with co-morbidity issues. ALL businesses should notify customers of the COVID vaccination status of employees working in customers' homes. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR THE WORK. But, they need to amend COVID policy. Once vaccines recive full FDA approval ALL business must require COVID vaccination as a condition of employment."

I was contacted back within an hour and given the choice for an emergency visit or yo wait until Monday. I chose Monday. The tech was on time and very knowledgeable on my system. "Fred has been great to work with, this is our second job that he has completed and both times he has been thorough in his explanations of what needed to be done, provided detailed estimates of costs and worked around our schedule (which was somewhat complex given other work we had scheduled).  The work was done well and the job site was left in perfect condition.  As it turned out, we had another contractor here working while Fred was here and he mentioned to us that the work looked very well done, which was nice to hear.
