"Precision Air came out to fix a forty year old boiler system serving four units. Unfortunately, another repair company had botched a previous repair. The problem was like an onion, fix one thing, another layer appears needing service. Nonetheless, Joe, Jim and Roger went above and beyond to make sure the boiler system is in working order and fully restored to intended functionality. And, when that new problem would pop up, not from their work, they were there immediately to make sure heat worked during some bitterly cold days and nights.
