Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. "April 16, 2026, United Refrigeration & Air Conditioning came out to provide an inspection of my HVAC. I signed up for the twice a year inspection. Two very nice workers, Scott and RahJ (Roger) came out, inspected and provided the service. I was very glad to meet them for the first time. They were on time, very friendly, and explained in detail the services they would be providing. They thoroughly inspected the items on their checklist, and discussed what I should be doing throughout the year to keep my system operating properly. I was very pleased with Scott and RahJ (Roger).
