THE A/C SERVICE & MORE company called me the manager her name is Eda she was amazing empathetic to our situation unprofessional to help me get the job done quickly she said to not worry we will be out there today knowing my situation they came out within the hour in the rainy weather and not charge me for after hours and fixed my air conditioning and by 5:30 pm the house was cooling and Jose the techenial was friendly and very professional. "It would be impossible to find a better guy to fix your AC than Ozzy, owner of Ice City AC, Inc. Our AC broke down in 96 degree weather and I never thought my young kids and I would make it through the night. Unbearable heat! When Ozzy arrived I immediately felt his real sincerity and unbelievable knowledge of air conditioning. He quickly found the cause of the leaks and quoted me a very reasonable and fair price and told me he would do all of the extensive work right now . . . on the spot and he promised to give us a 90 day guarantee on his invoice.
