At first I thought i just needed Freon , then thought it was a bad capacitor, come to find out I needed a whole new outside unit. The price was on the higher end of the spectrum when I googled comparable pricing, however the customer service I received was excellent. All care was kept in keeping my home, inside and outside, clean and tidy. Ron was prompt and pleasant to work with. They work on Sundays, and came out immediately when I called with my air troubles. I had waited all day for another service company to just even get a tech assigned with no idea of expected arrival. 4 Seasons assigned someone immediately and we had air conditioning within a coupe of hours. "I contacted Team Enoch yesterday and they promised a tech to diagnose and fix the problem today. Chris G was dispatched and he quickly diagnosed the AC issue. He explained what had likely occurred and why the part needed to be replaced. I was pleased not only that he had the replacement part and could fix it immediately but also that it was under warranty! "He works on Sundays for no extra charge. When I did the request to be contacted by three companies, he called within 30 minutes and was at my house two hours later. Haven't heard from the other two. Very professional. The charge was $300 to unplug lines in air conditioning units (2) and install safety valves that will turn off A/C if leaks occur. I called because my house smelled like mothballs!"

Installation was done meticulously and with great care and the price was very fair. We paid about $6000 for a 4 ton American Standard (aka Trane) system. The first company that quoted me estimated $8900 for the exact same system and undoubtedly lower quality of work (Abundant Air Condition and Heating). Miles was my point of contact and did not try to push a sale and encouraged me to do some research for myself.
