The secretary said she will dispatch a technician to my house. The technician did not arrive until 5:30. He was kind and was able to fix the capacitor, which was causing the issue. About a week later, their office followed up. I told the lady that the a/c was on, but now there was another sound coming from the system. The secretary indicated that the technician would call me that day to discuss and set up a follow up visit to address the issue. No one ever called."

Very professional. The charge was $300 to unplug lines in air conditioning units (2) and install safety valves that will turn off A/C if leaks occur. I called because my house smelled like mothballs!"
