I scheduled service for a few hours later that same day. Cody came out and worked on the system for around two hours to resolve our issue. Upon completion I was expecting a fairly large bill for the service but was delighted to find I could sign up for regular service for a small fee. We had an older AC unit that went down and ended up getting several estimates from different companies. We chose to go with Sundance Air, because we felt that Robert was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He made sure that he spent his time answering our very many questions. We appreciated that he did not rush us, or treat us indifferent because our lack of knowledge which was very refreshing. Some of the other companies were very pushy and you can tell they were pure salesman. This we did not get at all with Robert . He also came in at a very fair price which was lower than a lot of the estimates that we got in. The install was smooth and pleasant and we enjoy our nice cool house.
