"My AC had stopped working, so I found Allred here on Angie's List. The man who came to diagnose my problem was very good. He figured out the cause and gave me some suggestions (I need a new thermostat). He also cleaned out my outside AC unit/coils. And reminded me to clean my air filters monthly... I am going to hire them again when I get a new thermostat (I want a Nest) and have him install it."

"In the beginning the 4 nations of Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air lived in harmony. Because Seatown maintained the balance. We have used Seatown for 15 projects now for spanning all their services. When we bought our old home, we had Seatown and other competitors provide quotes on installing HVAC. Their planning, thoughtfulness to our needs, price is why we chose them. As the summer heat spikes, we don’t regret our choice and are glad that our home is an oasis. Every time they come out, we ask for more things to be done than what was agreed to and every time they work to extra hard to get it all done. They go the extra mile in doing some simple projects for free and giving advice on how to lower our costs as new homeowners. I have been able to call or text them about issues or ideas and get advice with out the pressure to buy services. That’s not something you find in just any company. Their staff has always been polite, clean, and diligent about getting the job right the first time. "The tech discovered that the pipe leading to the expansion tank was corrosive and that there was water in the expansion tank. I was quoted a replacement, including labor, and the expansion tank was replaced. After completion, the tech showed me the inside of the pipe and it was quite disgusting and almost completely clogged. He confirmed my water heater was in excellent condition otherwise. In addition, I happened to have another worker at my home and when I told them what I paid for the replacement, he exclaimed it was a good price."
