Old units were replaced with new and more efficient units - TRANE 4 ton two stage SEER 17+ ECONET (condenser model RA-1748-AJ2CB, air handler model RH-2T-4821-MEACJA and communicating module Econet STAT model RETS-T601-SYS). Excellent work quality! Fast response! Very reasonable price quote for 10 years parts warranty and 5 years labor and service warranty! Honest and hard working person! "After getting four or five quotes, from recommendations and Angie's list, we chose Dawson Mechanical to install two new furnaces.  The crew arrived on time and got the first furnace working by the end of the first day and the house warmed up.  The second furnace was completed the second day.  However, the crew forgot to relight the hot water heater.  Dave came back that evening to take care of this small issue.  We would definately use this company again."

"A++++ Peter is a superstar and his crews are hardworking, courteous and respectful. They moved quickly to remove an old central A/C unit and installed 4 new ecobee thermostats and explained exactly how the process would go. He is so honest and competent and with a ten year labor warranty that his company provides, you'd be crazy to go with someone else. He also was very responsive and extremely fair in pricing, timing and providing his licenses which I requested. I would and will hire him again for any Central A/C needs. He cares about his work and his customers and it really shows."

"My first and second floors were on one heating/cooling zone. The second floor was always cold. I wanted to modify the ducts in a minor way to get more air up there, but Gerson convinced me that adding a new zone with its own thermostat and separate ducts and dampers in the basement made more sense. I liked his reasoning, and, 2 days later, he and his guys showed up and did the work. They were extremely responsive, professional, and careful. The new system solved the problem. I did not take the usual steps of getting competitive bids because the reviews for MDL were so positive. Now I concur. I can't say whether the price I paid was competitive, but I paid it cheerfully."
