"Angie's List reviews made me go with GAC Services for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. Five mechanics showed up early in the morning in three trucks. They were clean cut young men and very polite. They made a lay down area in my basement with blankets. They wore covers over there shoes while in and out of the house. They were very respectful of my home. They worked non stop until 5:00 PM. They had a separate sheet metal mechanic that showed up and did really nice sheet metal work. I was impressed. After a year went by my thermostat went out and they came out and replaced it free of charge. I signed up for the maintenance contract and they come out twice a year . Once in the winter and once in the summer. Another part went bad after two years and it was under warranty and they replaced it free of charge. They are honest and reliable. I highly recommend them."

Three of the four estimators made a good impression but the one who impressed me the most was David Lux of Michael Bonsby. He spent the most time, provided the most information, and fully answered all of my questions in all of my contacts with him prior to signing the contract. Even after I signed the contract, had the system installed, and made final payment, David Lux was still very prompt in answering my inquiries.
