"The job started as promised at 7:30AM. These guys do not fool around, it seems as if the entire company showed up to handle this job, including company president Dave Williams. They essentially had to rip EVERYTHING out of the attic and start from scratch. Quite a job, but made easier by the sheer numbers of skilled technicians working on it. The new system is better designed and better insulated then the old one, thanks to technician Daniel Stewart. It was amazing to watch these pros in action. Everyone had their own function, but they all worked together like a finely oiled machine. The project wrapped in one day as promised. Our new system provides better air flow, and we have already noticed the difference in one day. The air is noticeably fresher as well because it is no longer moving through old contaminated ductwork. The air you breathe is vital, and reducing the amount of contaminants that you inhale is important to your overall health. We are extremely happy that we made this investment in our home."

"Fantastic. Noticed when I got home from work one evening that the first story of my home was not cool. AC had been on all day, but air temp was 78 degrees. I called Cooling Technicians and Adam came to diagnose the problem the next morning. His troubleshooting was very thorough and the problem was quickly isolated to a faulty compressor. "I moved into our house in July of 2020, knowing that all three of our air conditioning systems were shot. I called three different HVAC companies to get a quote on replacing my systems. Two of the vendors spent a short period of time and shot me quotes without really addressing my concerns. They just wanted to rip and replace my equipment and not look for the underlying issues causing such poor performance. Carlâ s Quality Cooling was a radically different experience than the other two. Their dedicated HVAC engineer, Justin, identified that the original systems were installed with large overlaps across the physical layout of the house, which made it impossible to efficiently heat or cool. They also found that my home has foam insulation and should have a sealed attic with 98% efficient furnaces instead of the 80% units that require a vented attic to provide sufficient outside air for safe operation. "My wife and I have been staying in our camper for the past 4 months due to our air conditioning unit not functioning. We contacted Climate Services of Texas and the lady called me back and said that Cory would be out to assess our situation at 9:00 that evening. I was surprised that anyone would come out at that time of evening. Cory called and verified the appointment and stated that “he wants everyone to be comfortable”. He called me on his way to our residence, letting us know he was coming. Cory was very polite and professional. He took his time assessing the problems and discussed the options available for repairs. Unfortunately, our unit was beyond repair and we required a replacement system.
