Wowhen our a/cblink on one of the hottest days I was in a panic. But I called the Airdoc and he was very helpful and was able to come and fix our a/c the same day. "On time, very professional. The team put on booties to protect our floors. Diagnosed the problem quickly; it was the thermostat and not the air handlers. A quick replacement and all is well. They did not offer an option of a programmable thermostat, only a single setting thermostat. Not a deal killer, but it would be nice to have a choice."
