"Toilet re-install because my DIY install caused a ceiling leak. Horizon Services charged a reasonable $376 (with discounts). My only concern was 1 of the 2 workers was not Covid vaccinated. My wife and I are 72 yrs old vaccinated with co-morbidity issues. ALL businesses should notify customers of the COVID vaccination status of employees working in customers' homes. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS FOR THE WORK. But, they need to amend COVID policy. Once vaccines recive full FDA approval ALL business must require COVID vaccination as a condition of employment."

"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."

"Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of these big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here.
