"It went very well. Marcus came out, arriving on time, looking clean and professional. He was friendly, helpful and full of good information. I had called because I had cleaned my reusable filter, but when I went to put it back in afterward, I saw a wire just hanging in the middle of the furnace-air conditioning unit. I didn't see it before and wondered if one of my cats had pulled it off of the unit while I was cleaning the filter. I wanted to make sure that this wire would go back to where it was supposed to be, which is why I called Air Care in the first place. As it turned out, Marcus assured me that this was a superfluous wire that just hadn't been hidden out of the way. He then turned on the A/C unit and began checking the temperatures blowing out from the registers and went outside to inspect and clean out the compressor. He showed me a reset button at the bottom of the compressor that I'd never noticed before and let me know that I could try that first if my A/C unit ever stopped working. He was friendly and willing to take time to explain things and answer questions. I appreciated this."

I was fine with it because I know my dryer vent. For me, to call somebody and do that specifically, it would have been more money. I feel good about it."
