"Comfort Monster did a superb job diagnosing and servicing my HVAC. I called late in the day and scheduled an appointment the next day. The tech checked multiple sources to troubleshoot the issue. He was able to get my unit running in under 30 minutes. My unit is very old, so I requested a quote for a new system and received a very sensible estimate in under 24 hours. In contrast, I was told by a tech from another company I needed a replacement unit. "ARS did a very good job installing my air conditioning unit. They took the time necessary to move a piece which was in the way of installation. Then it was put back in the appropriate manner and when a part didn't work, they rigged it to work until the part could be replaced. The part was replaced the next day and the AC works as it should."

"Our AC broke at the worst time: Memorial Day weekend. We called several emergency repair companies before Dominion Services, but none of their emergency technicians got back to us. We waited for over twelve hours in our hot home for someone to call us back. Finally, we used Home Advisor to contact Dominion Services Heating & Air. We immediately got a call from the company to confirm our appointment! The technician (Tarone?) was at our house within an hour and had the problem fixed in 30 minutes. I could have cried I was so relieved. Excellent service. We will definitely be using them for all of our future HVAC maintenance and services!"
