"Went well - was slightly concerned when told that the surge suppressor included in deal was a minimal protector and the upgraded ones (for a higher price) were recommended.  Thought a bait and switch was possible, but wanted the better protection so I paid the extra $179, knowing that the supressors could be bought at Lowes/Home Depot for around $80.  Knew I was partly paying for the service call and labor, but he was already there, so the extra money seemed excessive."
