"We hired Bill Aitken Heating to repair our gas furnace, we had an accumulation of water in the furnace pan. I called Aitkens Heating and received a call back immediately. They were here promptly at the time scheduled for repair. Mr. Aitkens had my furnace repaired within a half hour. He arrived with his helper and I could not be more satisfied with the work these gentlemen did. Bill took the time to explain in detail what he did for the repair. Bill Aitken is our GO TO man for any of our heating and air condition maintenance. I would like to add he was very reasonable. "Sears may have a good product, but I was very uncomfortable with the guy they sent out to give a "quote". It isn't a quote, it's a sales pitch and it ate up over 2 hours of our time! The salesman was very nice and seemed like a good guy, but he was overselling sears and putting down ind. contractors and it put me off. Aside form that, their quote was 2/3 higher than anywhere else. $23,000 for central air just wasn't worth it for us."
