"I found Alanis Air through Angi/Home Advisor because we were having HVAC issues in our new home. Our 4 year old system would turn on for only a few minutes and then stop. I believed it was a wiring issue, but it happened to be a short in the condenser. Alanis Air replaced the parts promptly. I was also concerned that part of our remodeled house could be cooled better.. So after exploring options (i.e. adding a second system, ductwork redesign, adding a mini split ceiling cassette, or wall mount) we decided to go with a Fujitsu wall mount. Alanis Air also carved and framed out an attic access in our closet where the remodelers shouldâ  ve put one but didnâ  t. They patched and painted free of charge and did a great job. I highly recommend them."

"I found Jim's Air Systems through HomeAdvisor, and Josh was the first contractor to reach out to me personally, not through an automated service. From the start, communication with him was excellent. I provided him with a detailed description of the job, along with model numbers and photos of my existing system. He reviewed everything carefully rather than giving me a quick, generic quote. I received another bid for comparison, but the other contractor was significantly more expensive and wanted to upsell me. It was refreshing that Josh understood I had done my research, knew what I wanted, and didn't pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. Josh's team arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled, obtained the required permit, and left my home as clean as they found it. Overall, a great experience and a solid value. "Truthfully, we had angst about calling for service because of past experience with other HVAC vendors. They always said the same thing, our system is "old" and we need a new one. Very expensive! We called for service, not a hard sell! Hence, we never used the same one twice. However, Tyndall gave me the impression, whether right or wrong, that they would be less likely to do this so I decided to try them. They kept me informed of their arrival status, since they squeezed me in at the end of their work day the same day I called. So, communicative and accommodating! After running several tests, they determined it was an electrical problem and nothing to do with the unit itself. They also said our unit doesn't need replacing - that's a first! They didn't do any unnecessary service or repair to run up the bill or even try to convince us it was needed. We were only charged the minimum fee as quoted. We were able to repair our air conditioning without the "hard-sell angst". So, thorough and honest! Unlike the other HVAC vendors we've used, we definitely will call them if we need service again!"
