He was a pleasure to work with and the price quote was more than acceptable. I did accept and within the week the crew arrived to do the installation. Al and Damien were very professional and the work was extremely well done. They finished that same day and when they left it was if the new units had always been there. I was extremely impressed and will certainly go back to them for future maintenance. You can't go wrong with this company!"

"I have lived in my home for over 23 years and have used several different Heating and Air companies thru the years... I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. For some reason, I decided to use this company even tho the cost was a bit more money and boy am I ever happy that I went with my hunch. Sometimes it is NOT always about the money. Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"We called United Heating and Air Conditioning for an annual furnace inspection for our new home. They scheduled quickly and easily. We then had a conflict and they re-scheduled just as easily. When they inspected the furnace it turned out it was extremely old and no longer safely operable. We required an emergency replacement. This was in November and we didn't want to be without a furnace. United Heating and Air Conditioning was able to come the next day (!) and install a new furnace. They took care of the installation, confirmed it worked, and hauled away our old furnace. They were quick and professional and stuck exactly to the quote. We were extremely satisfied and will definitely be reaching out to them when it's time to check (and possibly replace!) our air conditioning unit. Highly recommend!"

"We were having issues with our current furnace and decided to purchase new equipment versus putting repair money into an obsolete one. Due to the unreliability of the old unit, we wanted the new furnace/AC installed before we went on vacation.  They arrived on time, and completed the work in the time frame promised. All the work was done to the highest quality, and exactly as promised. This work was done on a cold day, and with over a foot of snow around the house, including around the old air conditioner. With the cold temps, we were very happy the total job was done in about 6 hours. The equipment is working extremely well. TR Miller took away all the old equipment, and did a good job of explaining the operation of the new furnace, thermostat, humidifier, and air cleaner. I would highly recommend this company for any heating and cooling work.
