"I generally do not respond to reviews but this time I feel compelled. All Star Plumbing is probably the best contractor I have ever hired. I have well water and the system stopped working. Larry (the VP) came out and I had running water in the house after he finished working on the system. It was late in the afternoon but he went the extra mile so I at least had water. It was not drinkable but I could now I could flush the toilet. A few days later All Star Plumbing came back and installed a new reverse osmosis system. Now I have drinkable water. Larry came back several times to check and make sure everything was working. So often you take water for granted until you lose it. I feel so satisfied that I now have a contractor who I can depend on for quick reliable service. Thank you All Star Plumbing you have a new returning customer"

"More than just a AC System Swap. Professional, On Time, Great communication through the process, set proper expectations, listened to and answered my questions and concerns, and we got a great price. I called because I wanted to have my 16 year old AC system replaced. It died again right before a cold front so it seemed like a great time. They were a pleasure to work with. They work with Carrier alot, which after doing my research was the company I really wanted to go with. The replacement went great and everything looks and runs top notch. In addition to swapping out the unit we discussed alot about indoor air quality. With Covid now a thing and just generally wanting the best air for my family we installed the newest LED Reme Halo which is doing a great job according to my indoor air quality meter. we enlarged/swapped out the air filter grill to a standard size so I could have access to a more common filter. I really cant recommend them enough. I plan to have them back for additional work I want to have done."

"Top knotch. The little guy business without the big overhead. Contacted them via msg. Told them what I needed. They were back in contact 3hrs later with quote on better system than requested for better price than offered by large and medium sized businesses in their quotes. Signed contract that day. They got permit and picked up system.. They came the next day removed old system and installed new condenser and handler with ultraviolet light for handler and condensate pump in 7hrs. Relocated ac fuse box and line. Left no mess. Brought entire system, electrical up to code. Quality workmanship and craftmanship. They have two other companies. I will be using them to redesign and renovate kitchen and baths in the future. More so I was impressed with their business sense, integrity, fairness and character. They get 5 stars all day!"
