"Home Advisors directed me to an online scheduling program and within 30 minutes of an appointment being scheduled I received a verification call from the provider (Robert at Phase II). The next day he shows up on time and in the course of doing the repair (unit needed more refrigerant) he also went into the attic to ensure the unit was working properly and he verified the thermostat was in working order. So he touched all the bases. He finally left when everything was verified in working order. But the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE was the phone call a week later to see if the air conditioning was working properly. Wow....I've never had a contractor follow up like that!"

"MDL Electric was a great Angie's List find! My tenant's washer stopped working in the middle of a load. I also needed to have 2 breakers and 6 GFI outlets replaced. Spoke to Miguel at 1:30 this afternoon. He was able to get a technician over there in about 30 minutes.
