They arrived on time and completed the installation for the price that was initially quoted, without trying to upsell me on any additional services. On July 07, 2019, I needed to locate a part for my HVAC system and contacted GLM Mechanical Services, Inc. for assistance. They promptly contacted me back and located the part that had to be specially ordered from Texas. When the part arrived, the owner of the company picked the part up from the vendor and hand-delivered it to my residence. I highly doubt that I would have received this type of customer service form the other well-known publicly traded HVAC companies."
