"They called within 20 minutes of me requesting a quote on Angi. This company gave me same day service on my air conditioning as they were going to be near my area. Had quick repair, had the part on their truck. The gentleman was professional and knowledgeable. I will use them from this day forward. Cannot say enough positive things about them. Thank you Angi for making this so easy for me. Gratefully, Carol W."

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"The repair process started on 4/20/22. Was repaired on 5/4/22. There were numerous appointments that were rescheduled. We were without air conditioning during this time. When the techinician was here they were very professional.Just glad to have air conditioning again."

"Ice King was perfect, absolutely outstanding. I would recommend them to any one in my area. They were efficient. I had called a few other companies here in my area and gave a good idea of what I needed done and the prices were way out of the ball park. Dan gave me such a good price it was a steal, even other companies began telling me it was a steal. The work was clean, professional and efficient. I am considering a central air sometime in the spring and will definitely be giving Ice King a call for a quote. I would definitely recommend them to any one I know."

"We used them for an air conditioning repair. We pay them once a year and it covers household things."

"They came immediately after I called. They worked diligently and resolved the sewer problem expeditiously. They worked in below freezing and inclement weather conditions without complaint and worked for many hours before the problem was resolved and job completed. Simon-Graham Plumbing from the owner to the men doing the work were professional, courteous, respectful and they charged a fair price for the work that was done. I would and have recommended their business for their services."
