Athough the wood-stove and several radiator heaters have been doing a fine job of keeping the adobe homes warm, Buyer lenders require a "permanent heating system." Mario understood the historic value of these two renovated adobe homes and came up with solutions that were least obtrusive, as to placement of power conduit lines, etc. The guys of Hi Tech Heating and Cooling installed a powerful and highly efficient 12,00 BTU LG mini-split unit in each home, plus another wall space heater with a thermostat in one of the bathrooms in the larger adobe. The mini-splits are not a cheap solution, but they are efficient with both heating and cooling. Mario worked with me and my realtor on short notice and a tight schedule, plus made a significant expense more affordable for me. Both Mario and his assistant Martin were professional and pleasant over two very long work days -- despite crappy weather, rain all the first day then cold and wet conditions from significant snow the second day. Yet they worked until and after dark and when the three installations were completed, they also cleaned up after the work at both houses. I highly recommend Mario's Hi Tech Heating and Cooling. Our needs were to check out the air conditioner and change the filer. They satisfied them. They came when they said they would come. This was not an emergency situation, it was an annual maintenance.
