"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue). The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

"I have used Speer Air for several years for HVAC preventive maintenance at my home. We recently expanded and they installed a package unit to take care of the expansion space. The work was good and they have been back for adjustments as necessary."

"First Alfano Mechanical Inc. came to my home, said they would do the job and called the office told them to get me on the schedule ASAP. Gave me a price per hour. Well he never called back to this day. Would not recommend them to no one. Job was to HARD for them. Also I had my AC on my worry free with PSEG and they made me take it off because they would not work on my unit in the tight spot that it was installed in my attic 11 years ago. SO WITH THAT BEING SAID: Celestial Air HVAC called when I first contacted Home Advisor and after not hearing back from Alfano(which I would not have hired because they didn t live up to anything he said while here), I called Celestial(and so glad I did) and they came the next day, said it was a hard job and a mess but nothing they couldn t handle. Anthony and Gus came the next day worked their butts off and I have my central air conditioning working right after 11 years. Great price and did over and above what was told to me in the beginning. I would recommend them to everyone and give them a 5 *****. We are very Happy People now. 👍👍😊😊"

"Must use for air conditioning"

"Great job under very difficult roofing conditions. Would recommend him for any future work."

"ABC Castellos Heating & Cooling came when they said they would and took the time to explain to me the Homeowner, what they were going to do. They also performed a AC System check which they did as part of their service. They also took the time to ask questions about my system. Desmond was very professional. i would recommend them to any one who needs their service."

"Ray's HVAC responded quickly to my request to repair my furnace, which could not start this year. They were able to find and fix the real cause of the issue - a bird net in the PVC pipe which blocked the air flow, and made my furnace is working again!"

"My home warranty contracted out the job to Phase II. Robert came to troubleshoot a 30+ year old AC unit and was very honest about everything he found faulty. He was instrumental in convincing the warranty company to replace the entire condenser unit rather than continue putting band-aid fixes to this ancient unit. Few weeks after he replaced the unit that cools the upstairs, the other unit that cools the downstairs fails as well (also over 30 years old). Since he was already familiar with everything, the second unit was replaced as soon as weather permitted. I didn't even have to be home the second time since the work was outside anyway. The promptness of his repairs can not be overstated. He helped get us back up and running as soon as the parts were available on the next clear day, which we couldn't be more appreciative since we have both a toddler and infant at home. Also, this was during a heatwave when most of the week was 90+. On top of this, my son's 1st birthday party was coming up and we needed the AC back asap. We can't recommend Rob and Phase II enough, a true professional"

"I have never written a review but today it was a MUST. This morning my A.C. was not working I messaged AAA HVAC and within minutes a gentleman "JOE" called me. I explained my air conditioner was not working and with 1/2 hour a young man named "Jay" was he. He was polite, courteous and explained everything to me. NOT ONLY IS THIS COPANY OUTSTANDING BUT, ANYONE LIVING IN THE TRI STATE ARE LOOK NO FURTHER THAN "AAA HVAC FOR EXCELLANT WORK AND TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. DO NOT HESITATE TO ALL THEM.!!!!!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING. "JOE, AGAIN THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP, AND TRULY YOU WERE SENT DOWN FROM HEAVEN. !!!!!!!! STAY SAFE AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL. AGAIN THANK YOU......"

"MDL Electric was a great Angie's List find! My tenant's washer stopped working in the middle of a load. I also needed to have 2 breakers and 6 GFI outlets replaced. Spoke to Miguel at 1:30 this afternoon. He was able to get a technician over there in about 30 minutes. He explained all that needed to be done and, less than 3 hours later, the work was finished and everything was left neat and clean! Very prompt and professional. Now THAT’s customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to use MDL Electric again or to recommend them to friends in the future. Thank you, Miguel!"
