We got all of that emailed to us and is kept on file if they ever have to come out for something else so the same tech or another tech sees what was done the last time they came out. Our tech Ken explained what all the numbers ment on his picture so we understood things clearly. Told us about a membership program they offer to help out the customer and give them peace mind the next time you need something done. Ken was very knowledgeable and very kind.
