I had called his company in the late afternoon and left a message. He returned my phone call on his way home from work, offering to give us an appointment the following day. But when I explained that my mother was elderly and feeling so cold, he made an exception to help her, out of the goodness of his heart (despite the fact that it delayed his own dinner.) You get check ups on your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.,You also have access to repair services, electricians, and plumbers at a discounted rate. Great overall plan to maintain your home or condo. Recently I had my annual Furnace/HVAC check up. The technician, Marquez, was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Marquez really knew his stuff and explained to me how my furnace works and what the telltale signs are that I might need repairs. Fortunately I have not needed any repairs thanks to their great maintenance plan!"
