"My 13 year old unit was having difficulty early in the season after having been serviced and repaired several times under our home warranty. My wife and I decided that it was time for a new, more efficient AC unit for our home. We called One Hour and Tony came out and quoted us for a new unit and installation. He was friendly, professional, and honest. Tony and James (Buzz) came out and installed our new unit. The same size AC unit is not only much quieter than our old unit, but also uses less electricity, pushes twice the cold air pressure into our home, and runs over an hour less each day as recorded on my smart thermostat. I could not be happier due to their quality of work, professionalism, and how quickly they got us up and running with the new air conditioning unit. They were both friendly and knowledgeable.
