Jim did a second inspection of our house and provided additional information about the work to be done. Jim and Victor did the installation of a new oil-burning furnace and central air-conditioning unit, as well as removing and disposing the old furnace and duct work. It was a professional job from start to finish. We were amazed at the amount of work that needed to be done, but Jim and Victor made it seem effortless. "Terry and his crew are assume! Neat clean and professional. Explained every detail. Terry is value engineering at its best.. Delivered on everything he promised and then some.. A few days after the install was completed we thought we heard a strange noise coming from the outside unit? So I called Terry and asked him what he thought it could be; but he was not sure and said to safe he'll be there in 20 minutes to check it out..
