"I donâ t write a lot of reviews, but felt that it was appropriate in this instance. I feel like in this day and age it is hard to come by a good company. We had an older AC unit that went down and ended up getting several estimates from different companies. We chose to go with Sundance Air, because we felt that Robert was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He made sure that he spent his time answering our very many questions. We appreciated that he did not rush us, or treat us indifferent because our lack of knowledge which was very refreshing. Some of the other companies were very pushy and you can tell they were pure salesman. This we did not get at all with Robert . He also came in at a very fair price which was lower than a lot of the estimates that we got in. The install was smooth and pleasant and we enjoy our nice cool house. We would definitely and obviously referred Robert and Sundance Air to anybody who is looking for an air conditioning company."

"My 23 year old AC system died in May 2025. I contacted Jordan with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. They arrived within the hour and determined that it was no longer repairable. The install team showed up on time and efficiently installed all the new equipment. I am sitting here in my 68° new AC house enjoying this summer inside my cool house.
