"I am so impressed at 4pm I was looking for someone to fix our air conditioning that my mom is sick and has been in the house getting very irritated and has had a really hard time with the rain and the windows closed. THE A/C SERVICE & MORE company called me the manager her name is Eda she was amazing empathetic to our situation unprofessional to help me get the job done quickly she said to not worry we will be out there today knowing my situation they came out within the hour in the rainy weather and not charge me for after hours and fixed my air conditioning and by 5:30 pm the house was cooling and Jose the techenial was friendly and very professional. "After getting quotes from a few companies for a new A/C systemI decided to go with Weathershield. Their price was very fair and they were very professional. Air conditioning works great. When the A/C went in an condo I own I called them. They did me a big favor and did the work up in Palm Beach county which is an area they do not usually service. Again, everything went perfectly. The A/C works great. The office manager Christine is a total sweetie and so helpful. Just called them to clean our dryer vent, so happy they provide that service, I wouldn't trust anyone else.... Thanks guys!

"My air conditioning stopped working on Saturday afternoon. I called Cooling Experts and they promised to call me on Monday to send someone to fix it. On Monday morning they called me and Jeremy was at my house in about an hour. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed the unit. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Steve, the Owner of the company and he seems to be someone who will go above and beyond to please his customers. Since I previously worked in the construction industry and know how some contractors can be sloppy, I appreciate it when someone takes pride in their work as Steve seems to. I have no hesitation in recommending Cooling Experts, Inc."

"I came home from vacation to find my 15year old air conditioner was dead. Called East Coast just before 7am the next morning and by 9 Scott was here. After discussing options, I decided to replace and upgrade the whole system. He was able to get the old unit up and running that morning, while I waited for the new system to be installed. He sent a technician over at the end of the day to make sure It would make it through the night. The installation of the new unit went well from my perspective. The new unit was much larger than the old unit and the weather was not cooperative that day, but Joni, persevered and got the job done in a calm professional manner. His work was meticulous and he cleaned up after himself. At the end of his long (probably frustrating) day, he took the time to orient me to my new unit and thermostat. Scott was super, responding to my numerous questions and text messages throughout this process. After 35 years in Broward I have finally found an air conditioning service company that I can recommend."
