"Mark Williams replied within an hour of my phone call, for which I was requesting an estimate for a repair and/or replacement of our 15-year-old heating and air conditioning unit. Mark came to the home the same day and provided reasonably priced estimates for both scenarios. I chose to replace the unit. The entire job was completed within three days of my initial phone call. I was charged the estimated price, even though Mark and his crew had to do unexpected work because they found defective wiring that did not meet the current code requirements and also replace a defective thermostat. They needed to crawl under the house to install the new wire, and while there, they also inspected the vent & ducting, as well as evaluated the overall sub-floor condition within the crawl space. They reported that everything was in great condition. I highly recommend Williams Heating and Air."

"My a/c wasn’t discharging cold air yesterday so I called at 9:00am and left a message they returned my call within 7 minutes and I had a worker at my house an hour after my callback! The worker fixed my unit within 20 minutes! He was very professional and courteous! 100% will recommend!!"

"I had originally called another company when my AC started blowing warm air. They came out and checked the unit. They found that the coolant and Circuitry were fine. They next checked the blower. Afterwards, the tech told me what he thought the problem was, but it would cost $1400 to find out. Then I called Blanton. Eddie came out and checked the coolant and circuitry, which were fine. He then checked the blower. After he took the panel off it took him about 3 seconds to find the problem. A switch had shorted causing the heat coils to come on. Essentially, the unit was trying to heat and cool at the same time. He replaced the switch, cleaned the blower fan, the coils, and serviced/cleaned the outside units all for less than what the other tech thought the problem was. I will Continue to use them in the future."

"ARS did a very good job installing my air conditioning unit. They took the time necessary to move a piece which was in the way of installation. Then it was put back in the appropriate manner and when a part didn't work, they rigged it to work until the part could be replaced. The part was replaced the next day and the AC works as it should."

"Terry Oxendine showed up both times on time to fix my HVAC system, and he was friendly and told me step-by-step what he was doing to repair my system. He took pictures underneath my house so I saw the work he did to test my system for leaks. He is a professional technician and I would recommend him to anyone, especially an elderly person like myself who doesn't understand HVAC repairs.
