"Extreme Heating and Air Conditioning installed an 18 SEER HVAC system with zone control for me. I am very pleased with the results and performance of the system - far better than the previous system WRT air flow balance. All personnel were very knowledgeable and professional and I highly recommend this company. Thanks to Tristan, Brett, Ryan, Joe, Paul and special thanks to Dave and Tyler for working through some parts failures. I am very pleased."

"Previously I had used Rod Poppe for our HVAC needs, however, when he retired he sold his business to Watkins.  When our air conditioning unit stopped running on Friday evening, I gave Watkins a call.  Since it was fairly late, their answering machine gave an option of leaving an emergency breakdown message or a regular message (which I chose due to the late hour).  On Saturday morning I gave them another call about 8:00 AM and left an emergency message since it was going to be a hot, muggy day and I needed the unit fixed ASAP.  I received a call back from Michael House, the on-call tech very quickly and by 9:30 he was at our house.  After doing a thorough analysis, he found a blown capacitor and low Freon level, but otherwise the 24+ year old unit was in good shape.  Michael was VERY professional, courteous, and thorough.  I would HIGHLY recommend Watkins for any HVAC work."

"Elliott and Randy from Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning were the best. I consulted three companies with great ratings on Angi and Google, and other companies explained to me in April that they deferred installation of ductless mini splits until winter (meaning I’d have to wait 6 months and suffer through the summer heat again). Not Cincinnati Heating and Air Conditioning! They were able to schedule me quickly and with the top of the industry solution I wanted (Mitsubishi Trane). Their pricing was very transparent and much more reasonable than one of the other vendors I mentioned earlier. The solution has been working great for me for about six months, and I wish I would have called them years ago. They are reliable, professional, and excellent communicators. Thanks Elliott and Randy!"
