"I recently used New Energy Solutions to install a new heat pump, air handler with auxiliary heat, line set, condensate pump, and thermostat. Erik and his team did a great job from the initial estimate through post-installation support. Erik took the time to listen to my needs and questions, and presented a number of appropriate options. During the installation, the team (which included Erik) worked quickly and cleanly, and installed everything properly. When the heat pump began short cycling the following day, Buddy showed up quickly to troubleshoot the issue. When the cause proved quite tricky to diagnose, Erik was able to arrange for Buddy to get support from Trane’s lead technician and trainer for the east coast (on a Saturday, while he was with his family) to help solve the issue then and there. Amazing service from both Trane and New Energy Solutions! When Erik initially asked me what he needed to do to win my business, I told him that I was looking for a quality product that would be backed up by the manufacturer that would be expertly installed to minimize the risk of installation-related issues – all at a reasonable price. I was looking for a product that would work, and no BS from the manufacturer or installer if I ran into issues. So far, I’ve gotten everything I was looking for."
