"After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right."

You can tell he is passionate about HVAC, and enjoys his work. He was able to quickly evaluate my system and get it back up and running. My system is old and really needs to be replace but Kyle was able to keep in running for another year... Highly recommend this company"

"ABCastello HVAC removed old A/C inside and outside units which were 25 years old from my 2700 sq feet 2 store colonial brick face house. Old units were replaced with new and more efficient units - TRANE 4 ton two stage SEER 17+ ECONET (condenser model RA-1748-AJ2CB, air handler model RH-2T-4821-MEACJA and communicating module Econet STAT model RETS-T601-SYS). Excellent work quality! Fast response! Very reasonable price quote for 10 years parts warranty and 5 years labor and service warranty! Honest and hard working person! All work was done in a couple of days (including old unit removal)! I am very happy and a very satisfied customer of his service for life!!! A+++++"

"I have never written a review but today it was a MUST. This morning my A.C. was not working I messaged AAA HVAC and within minutes a gentleman "JOE" called me. I explained my air conditioner was not working and with 1/2 hour a young man named "Jay" was he. He was polite, courteous and explained everything to me. NOT ONLY IS THIS COPANY OUTSTANDING BUT, ANYONE LIVING IN THE TRI STATE ARE LOOK NO FURTHER THAN "AAA HVAC FOR EXCELLANT WORK AND TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. DO NOT HESITATE TO ALL THEM.!!!!!!!! "I had a problem with my boiler and had a sevice technician from another company to inspect my boiler.  The technician told me that the problem was the thermostat and that I had to change it.  Well, when the thermostat was changed and $300.00 later, I still didn't have any heat.  I called the company to have the technician come back, but I never received a return phone call.  I then called Elizabethtown Gas and they referred me to Dawson Mechanical.  I called and spoke with Dave who showed up the next day.  Dave got the boiler working and my tenants and I finally had heat.  Dave also installed a system which was connected to the boiler and themostat.  This system would alert me to the exact boiler problem in the future.  Dave replaced some parts and this all happened within a matter of 2 to 3 days.  Every visit was about $485.00 and I spent a total of about $1,800.00 for Dawson Mechanical's services.  Money that had to be spent in order for my heat to go back on.  Thank you Dawson Mechanical for your help."

"Peter and his crew were great. We replaced our steam heat and window AC units with their LG high-efficiency dual zone (heat and AC) unit. The air is great. The system adds moisture so it is not the DRY air that is typical of electric units. They showed up on time for the work each day. They were ALL very polite, clean, well spoken and knowledgeable. It is rare to be able to say that about ALL of the workers. We have an OLD home, and they worked around every obstacle that was in their way without tearing apart walls, floors, and ceilings like other companies admitted they would indeed have to do. Peter will take the time to explain anything you have questions about, so do not hesitate to ask. My wife and I had many questions and felt much better after asking them. They work with you and have the mentality that it is YOUR house so it should make YOU happy. They are not done after they get paid, they work with you to make sure everything is to your liking even after it is up and running. Oh, and it will NOT cost you more than the competition. In fact, it is just the opposite. So glad we went with them!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
