"We couldn’t be happier with J&J air and highly recommend them. Our air went out late last Friday afternoon (6/21/24) just as this latest heat wave started. They sent someone out within the hour to check it out. They confirmed what we were thinking, which was we needed a new unit. Joe Deluca showed up on Monday morning 6/24/24) and went over everything in detail with us, laying out all of our options so we could make an educated decision. Joe was able to get the unit ordered for us and get the installation scheduled for first thing Wednesday morning 6/26/24. The installers were on time , very professional and polite. Joe also showed up that morning to confirm the installers were there and make sure everything was going ok. After the install was done, Jesse showed up to go over the new thermostat with me and to make sure everything was working properly and everything was cleaned up. After Jesse left Joe Deluca showed up one last time to confirm everything was done properly and that we were satisfied with the job. We can’t say enough good things about J&J Air; from start to finish everyone we came in contact with was top-notch!"

"Please read this before you call anyone else. Aaron with Ocean Air not only saved the day but saved me hundreds of dollars. I had an issue on Saturday night that another company (Coastline Heating) came out to diagnose on a Saturday evening late, which I appreciated. Although the tech basically walked up to the unit, touched where the fan motor was and noticed it was hot and said "you have a bad fan motor" with no more diagnostics. I thought that was a little bit odd. They said they didn't have the part on the truck and had to order it and offered us a window unit which was very nice. As soon as we woke up the next morning I was on the hunt to find someone to come to put a second set of eyes on this and I found Erin. He answered my call on a Sunday at 12:45pm and I told him the situation. He said he had the part on his truck in case that was it and came over to take a look. It in fact was NOT the fan motor but a capacitor that was faulty. It look him about 5 minutes to figure that out with his testing. He replaced the capacitor and we're off to the races with cold air. He explained everything to me thoroughly and I watched him do the work. I can't explain how much this helped my family out because I have a 8 mo old that had to sleep in heat because the other company didn't do their job correctly. Thank you Aaron for your hard work and you now have a customer for life from this. Don't call anyone but Ocean Air Cooling for your HVAC needs."

The work that’s been done is 5star the technicians are educated and have a work ethic. Yes they pull permits & have their work checked! Our outstanding technicians were James & Javiel. They tore out & installed all ductwork under our home in three days. It has made a world of a difference in our home. Thank you guys for taking care of us & making our home a lot more comfortable.
